• Executing catheterization actions and supporting in diagnostic and interventional procedures for the heart.
• Efficient handling of cath lab machinery not only improves patient care but also extends the life of the equipment.
• Work in partnership with medical personnel to provide secure and top-notch care to patients.
• It is crucial to maintain meticulous records and documents regarding procedures.
• Following the prescribed safety protocols and infection control practices should be of utmost importance.

Travel Requirements of Cardiac Catheterization Technologist:

• Those who qualify for the travel rate must live at least 60 miles from the establishment.

Qualifications and Experience of Cardiac Catheterization Technologist:

• The job opening mandates a minimum of 24 months of experience in a cath lab capacity.
• A BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a prerequisite.
