Job Summary:

Vetted is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Physical Therapist for a travel position. This role requires living at least 60 miles away from the assigned facility to qualify for the travel rate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, along with BLS certification and the necessary national and state certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and execute individualized treatment programs for patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities.
• Conduct patient evaluations to determine physical conditions and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Use therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises to continue at home.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• National and state certification and/or licensure as required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel and work in various healthcare facilities.
