Job Summary:

Vetted is seeking a skilled and experienced CT Tech for a travel position. This role requires living at least 60 miles away from the assigned facility to qualify for the travel rate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, along with BLS certification and the necessary national and state certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans on patients, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
• Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety during scans.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret scan results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize radiation exposure.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• National and state certification and/or licensure as required.
• Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality images.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel and work in various healthcare facilities.
