Job Summary of RN Long Term Care:

Vetted is seeking an RN - Long Term Care for a 13-week travel assignment. The position involves working 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week, with an ASAP start date.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of RN Long Term Care:

• Deliver nursing care to patients with chronic illnesses and long-term health needs.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and their families about managing long-term health conditions.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and promptly.

Travel Requirements of RN Long Term Care:

• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates.

Qualifications and Experience of RN Long Term Care:

• 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or a similar setting.
• BLS certification.
• National and state RN certifications as required.
